was founded in 1941. The vision of founder, Daniel Henderson, was
to provide high quality millinery, headpieces and veils to the discerning
Canadian bride. Malis-Henderson has continued this tradition of
quality products and fashion leadership for more than 60 years.
To-days Malis-Henderson, with its design label "Elen Henderson Designs", operates under the watchful eye of current company owners Elen Henderson (daughter of founder Daniel Henderson) and Steven Yeldon. While proud of the company's Canadian heritage, they have made their creative designs available to Brides all over the world...launching in the USA in 1994, and then in the UK and Europe. The Montreal design studio and production facility creates not only timeless and classic designs, but also an exciting cutting egde styling, which has seen the design team win numerous industry awards over the last several years.
